ORGY in Islamic Pilgrimage (and always).
The “Enjoyment” of the women included in the arrangements of the Muslim pilgrimage, and as a law in the Islam.
Enjoyment in the Hajj
Before Islam, UMRA (i.e. lesser pilgrimage of nowadays) in fact was just an arabic mass sexual shameless celebration, without any consideration, and here is the evidence.
(Ibn Abbas) The Arabs of pre-Islamic time looked upon the UMRAH during the months of pilgrim (Hajj) as the most evil act on the earth. ... When “Allah's Messenger” and his Companions went to Mecca in the sacred state (IHRAM) for performing Hajj, he (“Allah's Messenger”) commanded them to interrupt their sacred state of IHRAM (for Hajj) to perform 'UMRAH. It was something inconceivable for them. So they said: Oh “Messenger of Allah”, is it a complete freedom (of the obligation) of IHRAM? Thereupon he said: Yes, it is a complete freedom (from IHRAM). (Sahih Muslim, book 7, n. 2858) - (Bukhari).
Why it was something inconceivable for them?
It is clear that they did not accept willingly Muhammad’s innovations, introduced on pagan customs.
(JABIR) In Mecca, on the 4th day of the pilgrimage Arabic month (Dhu'l-Hijja), “Allah's Messenger” commanded us to renounce the IHRAM state, and to make sexual intercourse with the women. ... We said: When only five days had been left to reach 'ARAFA (the real site of pilgrimage), while the Prophet commanded us to have intercourse with the women? In this way we will reach 'ARAFA with the sperm dripping from our penis. (Sahih Muslim) - (Sunan Ibn Majah).
When a Muslim abandons his “consecration state”, he can enjoy “using” the women.
(JABIR) We came with the Messenger of Allah having entered IHRAM state for polgrimage only. Once we arrived in Mecca, we performed the TAWAF around the Ka'ba, and between Safã and Marwa hills. The Messenger of Allah commanded that those among us who did not have the sacrificial animals should leave their state of IHRAM. We said: What is now permissible (for us)? He said: Everything. So we did coitus witn women, and used perfume, and wore our (normal) clothes, even though there were only four nights between us and (the day of) 'Arafa. We then entered the IHRAM state on the Day of Tarwiya (the eighth of Dhul-Hijjah). (Abu-DAWOUD, n. 1785).
Removing the state of IHRAM angered the followers of Muhammad at the time, and who are called Muslims in the islamic books of history .
(JABIR) We entered with the “Messenger of Allah” in the state of IHRAM to perform Hajj. When we came to Mecca he commanded us to leave the state of IHRAM and change our goal from Hajj to 'UMRA. We felt it (the command) hard for us, and our hearts were anguished on account of this. The reaction of the people reached the Prophet. We do not know whether he received (this new command) from the Heaven (through revelation) or from somebody. (Whatever the case might be), he said; Oh people, abandon IHRAM. So we had intercourse with women and did everything which a non-sacred person does, and when it was the day of Tarwiya (i.e. “watering”, the 8th of the Arabic month of pilgrimage, Dhu'l-Hijja) we turned our back to Mecca (in order to go to the sites of Mina and 'ARAFA), then we restored the state of IHRAM to perform Hajj. (Sahih Muslim).
This makes it clear, the enjoyment of women during the pilgrimage was ordered by Muhammad himself.
Originally, it seems that Muhammad had no intention to perform the ‘UMRA, to circumambulate around the Ka’ba or pursuit between the hills SAFA and MARWA; the purpose was only the pilgrimage.
('Aisha) We went out (from Medina) with the “Messenger of Allah”. There were five nights left in month previous of that of pilgrimage, and we assumed that we must be setting out for hajj (i.e. in the site of ARAFA). When we got near to Mecca, the “Messenger of Allah” told everyone that did not have a sacrificial animal with him to leave IHRAM after they had done circumambulation (TAWAF) of the House and Ritual passages between the hills SAFA and MARWA.
In a matter of fact, Muhammad departed early from Medina, with the intention to include his hometown, Mecca, in the Islamic pilgrimage. It was a supplement of the ILAF al-QULUB, i.e. making tender hearts to Islam.
(JABIR) Somebody said: Oh “Messenger of Allah”, is it (this concession of abandoning IHRAM of Hajj or UMRAH) meant for this year or is it forever? “Allah's Messenger” said: It is forever. (Sahih Muslim) - (Sunan Ibn Majah).
The Arabs have condemned the renovations introduced by Mohammad on pagan customs. This did not pass easily.
('Aisha, the child wife of the Prophet) The “Messenger of Allah” came to me on the 4th or 5th of Dhul'I-Hijja (the month of Pilgrimage), he was very angry. I said: Oh “Messenger of Allah”, who has annoyed you? May Allah cast him in Hellfire! He said: Don't you know that I commanded the people to do an act, but they are hesitant; if I were to know this matter before I had to do subsequently, I would not have brought with me the sacrificial animals since we departed to Mecca, and I would have not assumed IHRAM as others have done. (Sahih Muslim).
It is well known. Muhammad’s decisions were sudden and at random. For the purpose, he "revealed" a Kuranic text specifically.
(Sura II, v. 196) “And complete the Hajj and 'Umrah for Allah.”.
As said before, when a Muslim abandons his “consecration state”, for the so called ‘Enjoyment in the Hajj” he can enjoy “using” the women.
('Umran ibn HASSIN) That verse dealing with the TAMATTU' (Enjoying intercourse with women) was revealed in the Book of Allah; furthermore, the “Messenger of Allah” commanded us to perform it. We did that (TAMATTU') in the company of “Allah's Messenger”. No verse was revealed abrogating the TAMATTU', and the “Messenger of Allah” did not forbid to do it till he died. (Sahih Muslim, book 7, n. 2831).
This is the verse in question.
(Sura IV, v. 24) “...Those your right hands possess. [This is] the decree of Allah upon you. And lawful to you are [all others] beyond these, [provided] that you seek them with [gifts from] your property, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse. So for whatever you enjoy from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation.”.
N.B. Muslim translation of Koran in English added the word marriage twice, though it is not exist o intended in the original Arabic text of the Koran.
This is confirmed by Muhammad’s traditions.
(Ibn AKWA' and JABIR) “Allah's Messenger” permitted us to Enjoy intercourse with women. (Sahih Muslim, Nikah al-MUT'A).
(Ibn 'Omar) The Messenger of Allah and his Companions came to Mecca to perform Hajj only. Then after, the Messenger of Allah said: Who have with him a sacrificial animal and is willing to make ‘Umra instead of pilgrimage. People said: Oh Messenger of Allah, should we go to ’Arafa while our penis’ dripping semen? He said: Yes. And then Bonfire brightened up. (Musnad Ahmed, Sahih).
Bonfire brightened up is euphemism for coitus between men and women.
We follow here the enjoyment intercourse of women during the Islamic pilgrimage.
It seems that Islam is nothing but sex.
Enjoying intercourse with women in the Hajj means that it was a period of free mass lust in the days of 11-13 of the eleventh Arabic month. It has been ordered and performed by the prophet of Islam himself. This was usual pagan custom, dominant during the days of the period of UMRAH. It was just a depravity celebration, in which men and women exercised free Sex without limits.
(SHU’ABA) When we met ASMA’, the daughter of the second Caliph Abu BAKR, we asked her about the enjoyment intercourse of women. She said: We have practiced it at the time of the “Messenger of Allah”. (Sunan NISSAI’).
From that, we see that enjoying coitus was for men and women.
(ATA’) The people Asked JABIR, the Companion of the Prophet, about enjoying intercourse of women. He said: Yes we enjoyed the intercourse with the women at the time of the “Messenger of Allah” and both Caliphs, Abu BAKR and Omar. (Sahih Muslim, n. 2496).
The muslims unleashed their sexual instincts.
Near the end of his caliphate, Omar ibn al-Khattab wanted to stop that mass depravity. He contradicted the instructions of the Prophet Mohammed and the Koran itself. He threatened the Punishment of stoning for practicing the enjoyment intercourse of women.
('Omar) I know that “Allah's Messenger” and his Companions did that (observed TAMATTU', the enjoyment of intercourse with women), but I do not approve that the persons should have intercourse with women under the shade of the trees, and then set out for Hajj with water (sperm) trickling down from their dickheads. (Musnad Ahmed).
(JABIR) We practiced TAMATTU' (the enjoyment of intercourse with women) together with the “Messenger of Allah”. When 'Omar was Installed as Caliph, he said: Verily Allah made permissible for His Messenger whatever He liked and as He liked. ... If any person practiced TAMATTU' (the enjoyment of coitus with women) is presented before me, I will stone him to death. (Sahih Muslim).
So, 'Omar banned TAMATTU' (the enjoyment of intercourse with women) for some time.
(Abu NADRA) Ibn 'Abbas commanded the practice of MUT'A, but the son of the Companion Zubair forbade to do it. I made a mention of that to JABIR, who said: We performed TAMATTU' with the “Messenger of Allah” and with the Caliph Abu BAKR. When 'Omar was Installed as Caliph, he harangued people saying “Verily Allah made permissible for His Messenger whatever He liked and as Re liked; The Kur'an has been revealed for every occasion, and the Prophet is special case, he is the “Messenger of Allah”. Two are the benefits (MUT'A) which were permissible but only for us (Sic!), TAMATTU' in Hajj. (i.e. combination of Hajj, pilgrimage, and UMRAH, lesser pilgrimage) and TAMATTU' with women (the free enjoyment of intercourse). I would stone to death who practice the free enjoyment intercourse of women (MUT'A). (Sahih Muslim, book 7, n. 2801).
(Abu JAMRA) I performed TAMATTU' (the enjoyment of free intercourse with women) but the people discouraged me to do so. I came to Ibn 'Abbas and asked him about it. Ibn Abbas said: Allah is the Greatest, ... This is the tradition (Sunnah) of the Prophet. (Sahih Muslim, book 7, n. 2864).
Omar tried to claim that the enjoyment of intercourse with women was a especial privilege of the Companions of the Prophet.
(Abu DHARR, a Companion of the Prophet, and fan of Omar) Two are the benefits which were not permissible but only for us (Companions of the Prophet), TAMATTU' in Hajj. (i.e. combination of Hajj, pilgrimage, and UMRAH, lesser pilgrimage) and TAMATTU' with women (the free enjoyment of intercourse). (Sahih Muslim, book 7, n. 2818/2819)
Enjoying coitus was a normal practice in early Islam.
(The daughter of Abu Khuthaima) A man came from Syria, and he said to me: Celibacy has become difficult for me, arrange a woman for me with whom I can perform MUTA’A. I directed him to a woman, with whom he made an agreement. He stayed with the woman for some time and then he left. When Omar knew about that he asked me: Is what happened true? I replied: Yes. Omar said: If he returns let me know. Upon his return, I informed Omar. Omar asked him: Why you did that? The man replied: I performed it during the lifetime of the Prophet, and he never prohibited it until the time of his death. Then I practiced it during the time of Abu Bakr and he never prohibited it until the time of his death, I also practiced MUTA’A during your reign and you didn’t narrate any evidence of its prohibition. Omar replied: By Allah! If I had forbade this before today, I would have stoned you, declare it (to the public) so that they can distinguish between marriage and adultery. (Kanz ul Ummal, Hadith 45726).
(ibn JURAIJ) There was a beautiful Iraqi woman in Macca who had a son named ibn Umayya. Saeed ibn Jubair used to visit her a lot. I asked him: Why you visit this woman a lot? He said: We do Nikah (coitus) with her, that is NIKAH al-MUTA'A. (Abd RAZZAQ, 13620 / 13561) .
The historian Ibn-SHABAH relates about many cases of NIKAH al-MUTA'A in his “History of Medina”.
(Ibn al-MUSSAYEB) ‘Umar had prohibited Mut’a during the Hajj season and He said: I used to perform it with Allah’s Messenger, but I prohibit it; a person comes from a far distance tired and dusty in order to perform ‘Umra during the Hajj season, uttering his TALBIYAonly for ‘Umra, then at the end of the rites of ‘Umra he wears cloth and perfume and sleeps with women until the day of TARWIYA he starts to get into Hajj and marches to Mina to perform Hajj without being dusty, tired. Surely pilgrimage is better than ‘Umra; if we let People, they will perform coitus in the “sacred spots”; … while the people of Mecca have no udder and transplantation (i.e. source of income), but they live from what the visitors for ‘Umra and pilgrimage spend. (Tabarani) - (Kanz ul-UMMAL).
(Abu MOUSA) I used to deliver religious verdict (FATWA) in favor of TAMATTU'. A person said to me: Stop delivering these verdicts, the Deputy of Allah, the Commander of Believers Omar has banned TAMATTU'. When I met him (Omar) subsequently, I asked him about that, whereupon 'Omar said: I know that “Allah's Messenger” and his Companions observed TAMATTU', but I do not approve that anybody should have intercourse with women under the shade of the trees, and then proceeds for Hajj with sperm dropping from his dickhead. (Sahih Muslim, book 7, n. 2814) - (Musnad Ibn Hanbal, n. 351).
Omar ibn al-Khattab himself was practicing TAMATTU', (i.e. coitus), together with a guardian of camels, with one woman. When she became pregnant, a dispute about the baby rosed up.
(One the people of the Medina) Omar Ibn al Khattab used to do coitus interruption, so it was too difficult to accept the pregnancy. He envoked Allah: Oh Allah, do not to attach mi one of who is not mine. When she bore a black son, he asked her: Who is his father? She said: The pastor of camels. Omar then glorified and praised Allah. (The Treasure of Governors, n. 45 898) - (Abdul RAZZAQ, n. 12 536).
Anyhow, others have opposed the ban.
(Yahya Ibn AKTHAM) I asked an old man from Basra: Why do you practice MUTA’A?’ He answered: Due to Omar. I asked: How is that? Omar was the most strict one against it? He answered: Yes, but Omar ascended the pulpit and said “Allah and His Prophet permitted you two types of MUTA’A, but I forbid you on both and will punish those who commit the same”, so we accepted the testimony of Omar (that Allah and His Prophet permitted it) but we did not accept his prohibition. (MUHADARAT).
('UMRAN ibn HASSIN) Know well that: the MUT'A (Enjoying free intercourse) was permitted within the Book of Allah, and we practiced it while the Prophet was alive. No verse was revealed abrogating it, and the Prophet did not ban it before he died. (Ahmad b. Hanbal, al-Musnad) - (Muslim).
('UMRAN ibn HASSIN) We performed TAMATTU' during the life of “Allah's Messenger”, it is revealed in the Book of Allah; whatever a person (read: Omar) said, is what he wanted according to his own opinion. (Sahih Muslim, book 7, n. 2829)
(SALIM) I asked the son of 'Omar about TAMATTU', and he answered that it is allowed. I said: You violate your father’s orders! He said: Should we follow the Book of Allah or my father’s orders? (True) - (Tirmidhi).
(Ibn SAWADA) I went to Omar’s and I said to him: It has been mentioned that you declared the lesser pilgrimage forbidden during the months of pilgrimage. He answered: You are right, … it is permitted. I continued: It is also said that you have forbidden the enjoyment of intercourse with women, although it was a license given by Allah; we used to enjoy for a handful (of dates), and we can separate after three nights (those of pilgrimage). He replied: The “Messenger of Allah” permitted it at the time of necessary. Then people regained their life of comfort. Now, anyone who wishes can enjoy for a handful (of dates) and separate after three nights. You are right. (Annals of Tabari, n. 1/2773).
De facto, enjoying free intercourse (MUT'A) is not banned from Sunni Islam, as Omar ibn Khattab retreated his decision.
This is confirmed by the following Hadith:
(Abu JAMRA) I heard Ibn-ABBAS (giving a verdict. FATWA) when he was asked about the MUTA'A of the women. He permitted it. (Bukhari, vol. 7, n. 51 – Nikah-al-MUTA'A).
'Omar threatened the people with stoning, and considering his fabled severity; no one would have dared to speak against him.
Why?
(URWA ibn Zubayr) A woman called Khawla came to Omar and said: A man performed Nikah-al-MUTA'A with a woman who he made pregnant. Omar went out in dismay dragging his cloak, saying: This Nikah-al-MUTA'A, had I come across it, I would have ordered stoning and done away with it! (Muwatta of Malik, n. 28.18.42).
(Ibn Abbas) Omar summoned a woman, who was pregnant, she openly stated that she had performed Nikah-al-MUTA'A with a man. (Abdul RAZZAQ, with a Sahih chain of narrators).
(Ibn Shabah) A man performed Nikah-al-MUTA'A with a slave girl, thus she gave birth to a child from him, but he denied the child. (History of Medina)
Al-Kalbi narrated this episode and added more: When Umar heard about that he prohibited Nikah-al-MUTA'A.
The third Caliph, Uthman, tried also to stop this depravation.
(Ibn SHAQIQ) 'Uthman tried to forbid TAMATTU', whereas 'ALY ordered to do it. When 'Uthman spoke to 'ALY in this connection, 'ALY said: You know that we used to perform TAMATTU' with the “Messenger of Allah”, but we entertained fear [of Caliph Omar]. (Sahih Muslim, book 7, n. 2815) – (Musnad Ahmad) – (Sunan).
And yet, in the Umayyad time:
The Governors of MU’AWIYA prevented the ‘Umra during pilgrimage months. A man said: We did that with the Messenger of Allah while you was still a disbeliever!
It was the tradition of Muhammad, so it cannot be violated.
The companions admitted that TAMATTU' is no more than fornication.
(Ibn JURAIJ) ATTA said that he heard Ibn Abbas saying: MUTTA’A was permitted by Allah as a mercy for Muhammad’s nation (Sic!), Omar had not prohibited it, no one would be in need of fornication except the pervert one. (Abdul-RAZZAQ) - (History of Medina).
(Ibn MUSAYYEB) Allah bless Omar, if he forbade not TAMATTU', adultery would be prevalent. (History of Medina).
It is unanimously agreed between Muslim scholars that, absolutely who practice the coitus with intention not to stay with the woman beyond a period fixed by himself is permissible, and it is not temporary marriage. MALIK said: This is not good, nor the ethical. Imam AUZA’I said: It is TAMATTU', and there is no good in it.
Even in the time of the Abbasids.
... We were with the Caliph MA’MOUN on the way to Syria, and ordered to authorize TAMATTU'. (History of Baghdad) - (Ibn KHALQAN) - (Ibn ASAKIR, vol. 64, p. 71).
Muhammad’s sister in law, ASMA’A the daughter of Abu BAKR, practiced TAMATTU' as other Muslim women did, with al-Zubayr, the nephew of Aisha. He was the most prominent representative of the Muslim nobility.
(Muslim al-QURRI) I asked Ibn Abbas about TAMATTU'. Ibn Abbas said: ASMA’A states that Allah's Messenger had permitted it, so you better go to her and ask her about it. So we went to her. She said: Verily Allah's Messenger permitted it. (Sahih Muslim).
(Muslim al-QURRI) .. ASMA’A replied: I performed TAMATTU' during the lifetime of the Prophet. (Sunan NESA’I).
(The slave of ASMA’A) I used to hear ASMA’A, whenever she passed by Hajun, saying: May Allah bless Muhammad, once we dismounted here with him, and at that time we were traveling with light luggage; we had a few riding animals and a little food ration. I, my sister, ‘Aisha, Zubayr and such and such persons performed ‘Umra, and when we had passed our hands over the Ka’ba we finished our IHRAM. (Bukhari, vol. 3, n. 22).
Even ‘Aisha?
The TAMATTU' between ASMA’A and Zubayr is well known.
(Urwa ibn Zubayr) I said to Ibn Abbas: Don’t you fear Allah by permitting TAMATTU'? Ibn Abbas replied: O Urwa, ask your mother. (Abdul-RAZZAQ).
(AYYUB, a Companion of the Prophet) Abdullah ibn Zubayr was born of TAMATTU' between Zubayr and the daughter of Abu Bakr, ASMA’A. (ZAA al MU’AD).
(ASMA’A) We set out (to Mecca) in a state of IHRAM. Allah's Messenger said: He who has not the sacrificial animal with him should put off IHRAM. I put off IHRAM, I put on my clothes and then went out and sat by Zabayr (not yet her husband). He said: Go away from me. Whereupon I said: Do you fear that I would jump upon you? (Sahih Muslim, Book 7, n. 2851).
She wanted to be fucked.
(MUJAHID) Ibn Abbas said to Abdullah, the son of Zubayr: Oh Ibn Zubair! You better ask your mother ASMA’A not your mother about TAMATTU'. He did asked her, she said: Believe Ibn Abbas, we came with the Messenger of Allah as pilgrims, but he ordered us to make ‘Umrah, we all left IHRAM completely, and TAMATTU' between men and women brighted as bonfires. (Ordered by Ibn Abi Shaybah).
(Ibn JUBAYR) I heard Abdullah Ibn Zubayr preaching. Ibn Zubayr mocked Ibn Abbas for believing that TAMATTU' is lawful. Ibn Abbas said: Tell him asking that his mother. He asked her, and she said: Ibn Abbas said the truth, it is a fact. Furthermore, Ibn Abbas said: if you want, I can enumerate many men of the People of Mecca that were born in TAMATTU' regime. (Ibn Hajar, ... authentic tradition).
So much of Muslim Companions of the Prophet were sons of no one!
… Abdullah Ibn Zubayr asked his mother ASMA’A about TAMATTU', and she replied: Verily I conceived you through TAMATTU'. (MUHAQARAT).
Abdullah Ibn Zubayr was the first Muslim to be born in Madina after the Hijra.
So TAMATTU' was always an institution in Islam.
What are the limits of the period of coitus enjoyment with women?
(Ibn AKWA’) The Messenger of Allah said: You have been allowed to do the MUT'A, so do it. If a man and a woman agree, their union should last for three nights, and if they like to continue, they can do so; and if they want to separate, they can do so. (Bukhari, vol. 7, n. 52).
Bukhari alleged that ‘ALY made it clear that the Prophet said: The MUT'A has been abrogated.
In fact, we have no statement which make unlawful that consensus stated by Muhammad between a man and a woman to make sex. There is no proof of what ascribed to ‘ALY about abrogation of MUT’A.
Actually, there is no limit of the enjoyment of women, i.e. prostitution, in Islam.
