Verse of Toning in the Koran

Why verse of stoning is not in Koran.

In the Koran there is not the so-called verse of stoning the adulterer and the adulteress, but other provisions.

(Sura IV, v. 15) “And those of your women who commit illegal sexual intercourse, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them (i.e. women) to houses until death comes to them or Allah ordains for them some (other) way.”.

(Sura XXIV, v. 2) “The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allah,..”.

Nevertheless, Muhammad applied stoning for adultery.

The Prophet of Islam ordered the stoning of more than one adulterous woman (Bukhari, vol. 8, no. 826), and the stoning of a man who had admitted having committed adultery. (Bukhari, vol. 8, no. 805, 806 and 810).

The second Caliph confirmed everything.

(Omar) Allah sent Muhammad with the Truth and revealed the Holy Book to him, and among what Allah revealed, there was the Verse of the stoning of who commits illegal sexual intercourse, and we did recite this Verse and understood and memorized it. “Allah's Messenger” did carry out the punishment of stoning and so did we after him. I am afraid that after a long time has passed, somebody will say “By Allah, we do not find the Verse of the stoning in Allah's Book”, and thus they will go astray by leaving an obligation which Allah has revealed. And the punishment of the stoning is to be inflicted to any person who commits illegal sexual intercourse. (Bukhari vol. 8, no. 817).

Consequently, Muslims have to choose one of two options:

Either the disability of the Koran because it does contain the verse of stoning, or consider their Prophet as murderer, therefore he deserved the death penalty for the murder of people without proper title.

Muslims give an answer, quite absurd.

The Koran has verses that abrogate (i.e. cancel) other verses, which are no longer applied (Sic).

Then, they assert a concept even stranger.

The verse of stoning was repealed only from written text, i.e. removed from the Koran, but its validity remained. It is therefore still applicable!

Near the unanimity of Muslim Scholars, historical and current, is confirming the effectiveness of the sentence of death by stoning for adultery. The case is one of the most singular: the actual text of the Koran says one thing, and Muslim imams say the opposite.

In our opinion, the concept of the abrogating and abrogated was invented to justify the contradictions in the Kor'an, and to justify the actions of Muhammad.

Among other things, Muhammad was willing to forgive adultery of his favorite wife Aisha, the child bride. He said to her: Even if you admit adultery, know that Allah is forgiving and merciful.

He loved her so much, that he could not live without her.

Another example, relating to a totally unknown person.

(Anas bin Malik) A man came and said, "O Allah's Messenger! I have committed a legally punishable sin; please inflict the legal punishment on me'. The Prophet did not ask him what he had done. Then the time for the prayer became due and the man offered prayer along with the Prophet, and when the Prophet had finished his prayer, the man again got up and said, "O Allah's Messenger! I have committed a legally punishable sin; please inflict the punishment on me according to Allah's Laws. The Prophet said: Haven't you prayed with us? He said: Yes. The Prophet said: Allah has forgiven your sin, or said: ....your legally punishable sin.(Bukhari, vol. 8 - n. 812).

It seems that Muhammad decided to forgive sins on behalf of Allah.

Now, we have to speak about the Arab women.

We have some Islamic traditions from which we can see a clear view.

(Ibn Abbas) A man came to the Prophet and said: My wife does not prevent the hand of any man who touches her (i.e. He meant that she used to go to bed with anyone). The Prophet said: Send her away or repudiate her. The man said: I am afraid that my soul will follow her! Then the Prophet said: Enjoy her then. (NISSA'I) - (Sunan Abu Dawoud).

Note that Muhammad approved the enjoyment of women whores.

(Ibn Abbas) The "Messenger of Allah" said: If I were to stone someone to death without evidence, I would have stoned "XXX", because I suspect her hearing her words, seeing her glances and observing those she receives at home! (Sunan Ibn Majah).

(‘Imran ibn Husain) A woman came to “Allah's Messenger”, she was pregnant as a result of adultery. She said: Oh “Allah's Messenger”, I have done something for which the prescribed punishment must be applied upon me, so impose that. “Allah's Messenger” called her master [Author's note: The woman in Islam can not be independent] and said: Treat her well, and when she delivers, bring her to me. He did accordingly. Then “Allah's Messenger” pronounced judgment about her: her clothes were tied around her and then he commanded to stone her to death. He then prayed over her dead body. Thereupon, Omar said to him: Oh “Allah's Messenger”, you offer prayer for her, whereas she had committed adultery! The Prophet answered: She has made such repentance that if it were to be divided among seventy men of Medina, it would be enough. Have you found any repentance better than this that? She sacrificed her life for Allah. (Sahih Muslim, Book 17, n. 4207).

We note here that the repentance of the woman did not save.

(Ibn Aktham) I married a girl [supposed to be a] virgin. Consuming marriage, I found that she was pregnant. Referring the matter to the Prophet, he said: You have to pay her the gift double since you've enjoyed her vagina. After giving birth, whip her, and then the baby will be your slave. (Sunan Abu Dawoud).

Muslims call Muhammad “the Prophet of Mercy”!

(Ibn MUSAYYEB) ... The Prophet ordered to flog the woman after giving birth because it was the first wedding for her. If she had been married before, the Prophet would have ordered to stone after Childbirth. (Sunan Abu Dawoud).

Another ANSARI, that is one of the supporters of the Prophet, called 'UAIMER, went into his house and found a man over his wife. The case was presented to Prophet Muhammad, who allowed both to curse the one and the other! (Bukhari) - (Sahih Muslim).

(Ibn Omar) A man cursed his wife before the "Messenger of Allah," and denied a newborn child. The Prophet ordered their separation, and attributed the baby to the woman. (Narrated by all the collections of traditions).

The son was called with the name of the mother, not the alleged father.

(Ibn Abbas) A 'UAIMER cursed his wife in front of the "Messenger of Allah". (Sunan NISSA'I).

(Nawawi) Muslim Scholars agreed on the cause of the revelation of the Koranic verse of the curse. It was for the case of 'UAIMER or of HILAL. (Commentary on Sahih Muslim).

Ibn Abbas narrated in Bukhari that the cause was the case of HILAL, so ANAS narrated in Sahih Muslim.

(Ibn `Abbas) HILAL ibn Umaiya accused his wife of committing illegal sexual intercourse with a man called SHARIK, and filed the case before the Prophet. The Prophet said (to HILAL): Either you bring forth a proof (four witnesses) or you will receive the legal punishment (lashes) on your back. HILAL said: O “Allah's Messenger”! If anyone of us saw a man over his wife, would he go to seek after witnesses? The Prophet kept on saying: Either you bring forth the witnesses or you will receive the legal punishment (lashes) on your back. HILAL then said: By Him who sent you with the Truth, I am telling the truth and Allah will reveal to you what will save my back from legal punishment.  Then JIBRIL (alleged Angel Gabriel) came down and revealed to him “the verse of the curse”:

(Sura XXIV, v.6-9) “And for those who accuse their wives, but have no witnesses except themselves, let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies (i.e. testifies four times) by Allah that he is one of those who speak the truth. And the fifth (testimony) (should be) the invoking of the Curse of Allah on him if he be of those who tell a lie (against her). But it shall avert the punishment from her, if she bears witness four times by Allah, that he (her husband) is telling a lie. And the fifth (testimony) should be that the Wrath of Allah be upon her if he (her husband) speaks the truth.”.

The Prophet recited it, then he sent for the woman, and HILAL went (and brought) her and then took the oaths (confirming the claim). The Prophet was saying: Allah knows that one of you is a liar (sic!), so will any of you repent? Then the woman got up and took the 4 oaths ... then she said, "I will not dishonor my family all through these days, and carried on (the process of taking oaths). [So she was set free]. The Prophet then said: If she delivers a black-eyed child with big hips and fat shins then it is SHARIK's child. Later she delivered a child of that description. So the Prophet said: If the case was not settled by Allah's Law, I would punish her severely. (Bukhari, Prophetic Commentary on the Kor'an, vol. 6, n. 271).

We note here that the Koranic text establishes an unreasonable principle of Islam. Repeating 4 times the same testimony equals the testimony of 4 people!

We also note that JIBRIL, and therefore the Allah of the Muslims, never knew what really happened before (Adultery committed). What kind of a "celestial God" is this?

We ask ourselves: Why JIBRIL did not "reveal" the truth right away instead of a useless verse from the Koran?

Muhammad then was a false Prophet!

It seems that sexual perversion was widespread in Medina.

(Ibn MASOUD) We were in the mosque on a Friday evening. A man said: If a man surprising his wife fornicating with another man, and he kills him consequently, you [followers of Muhammad] will kill her husband or, if he declares the fact, you will flog him? I must clarify this with the "Messenger of Allah". Afterwards, Allah revealed to the Prophet the verse of the curse.

... The verse of the curse was "revealed" to the end of the 'year of the Hegira nine years. (Exegesis of Tabari).

This means, it was among the last laws of Muhammad.

Let's take another case.

(Abu Huraira) A Bedouin came to “Allah's Messenger” and said: My wife has delivered a black boy, and I suspect that he is not my child. “Allah's Messenger” said to him: Have you got camels? The Bedouin said: Yes. The Prophet said: What color are they? The Bedouin said: They are red. The Prophet said: Are any of them Grey? He said: "There are Grey ones among them. The Prophet said: Whence do you think this color came to them? The Bedouin said: Oh “Allah's Messenger”! It resulted from hereditary disposition. The Prophet said: And this (i.e., your child) is the same case. The Prophet did not allow him to deny his paternity of the child.

Here is the ACME of the prophetic medicine!

We find the lust of women of Medina in the following tradition.

(Abu-Jaafar) A woman of ANSAR from "Messenger of Allah" while he was in the house of Hafsa, the wife of the Prophet, and said: I give myself to you if you want! He replied: Well, your men support me, and I want their women. But Hafsa said: Shame on you, how dare you? What is that lust for men you have! The "Messenger of Allah" said: Let her, oh Hafsa. Then he said to the woman: Go, Allah grants you entrance into Paradise (Islamic, of course) because you wanted me (to fuck you), I'm sure there will be something will be “revealed” about you in the Kor'an! Then, Allah "revealed":

(Sura XXXIII, v. 51) O Prophet, We have made lawful to thee thy wives whom thou hast paid their dowries, and those whom thy right hand possesses from among those whom Allah has given thee as gains of war, ... and any other believing woman if she offers herself to the Prophet provided the Prophet desires to have her in ISTANKAH her; this is only for thee, not for other believers …”.  (Bihar al-ANWAR, namely Seas of Lights).

As usual, the so-called "interpretative" translation of the Koran in English reports the term "desire to marry her" instead of "desires to have her in ISTINKAH", a word which does not mean marriage.

EXCURSUS.

The Koran uses the verb N’K’H. According to “The Book of Relation with Women” di NISSA’I the verb means sexual intercourse, as asserted by the entire muslim scholars, and it may be used in the metaphoric sense of “marriage”, because the sexual intercourse is the basic act in marriage.

The Lexicon of the Arabic Language Academy declares: A man N’K’H a woman means “fuck her”.

And the word marriage is a word originally ugly,

Though that Muslims tried to mitigate the horrible word by saying that N’K’H means “to contract marriage”, we remind them of the following:

- Mohammed said: Who N’K’H his hand will be the Hell-fire. He also said: Allah damn who N’K’H his hand.

- (Anas ibn Malik) The "Messenger of Allah" said: In the Day of Resurrection, the hand of a man who N’K’H it will come  pregnant of his sperm. (Bayhaqi, Btanches of faith).

This is a perverted fantasy.

- The Caliph Omar said to the “tutor” of woman called A’TIKA: Give me her as a spouse. After marriage ritual, Omar entered the bed-room, then he wrangled with her, overwhelmed her then he could N’K’H her! (The Major Classes, vol. 8 - p. 208).

So, it can not be said “to marry one’ hand”, but merely masturbation.

The word N’K’H means basically sex on women, and the biggest evidence of this is that the act N’K’H can not be attributed to women. In arabic language, it can not be said “a women who N’K’H a man”, though the word is used erroneously in the modern concept as marriage contract. It is an Islamic idiom, no way to modify it, in spite of changes in the usage of languages and words in various parts of the world with the development of civilization of mankind, but no evolution in Islam.

See the real meaning of the following phrase of a verse of the Koran:

(Sura LX, v. 10) “ … And there will be no sin on you if you N’K’H them (the women) if you have paid their Wages to them.”.

The available translations in English of this verse are very tendentious. For example, they use the word “marry” instead of N’K’H, and the word “Mahr” which means dowries instead od “wages”.

Hence, the verse means fucking for money!

We may accept the verb “to pair” for N’K’H.

The above tradition and the verse of the Koran authorize the Prophet to perform adultery.

(Malik ibn ANAS) A woman of ANSAR came into intimacy with the Prophet who said to her: I swear by Allah, you women of ANSAR are the most beloved by me. (Bukhari).

Muhammad himself had said: If a man and a woman meet lonely, Satan will be the third person present.

(Imam SADIQ, referring to by the Prophet) You must not allow a woman to meet a man, just the two of them, because the devil will be their third.

But Muhammad himself met women lonely.

(ANAS, the servant of the Prophet) The "Messenger of Allah" used to go to UM-HARAM, the wife of Ibn-SSAMITT, in her home. I saw him once when she killed the lice from the head of the Prophet, then the "Messenger of Allah" slept while he was with her. Then I saw him smiling when he woke up [and came out of her house]. (Mutta MALIK).

That woman had no legal connection or relationship with Muhammad.

The women of Medina also practiced sodomy.

(Ibn SABIT) I asked the nephew of Abu-BAKR (the first Caliph) about sodomy of women. He replied saying that Um-Salamah, the wife of the Prophet, said that the men of Medina did not do it because the Jews were saying that those who practice it would have one-eyed sons; while immigrants (People of Mecca) did it. Then a man of immigrants married a woman ANSARI, and he wanted to sodomize her. She refused and said: I will not do it unless I hear tell the "Messenger of Allah" [via Um-Salamah]. When was the Prophet said to Um-Salamah: Call this woman. Then the "Messenger of Allah" recited a verse from the Koran to that woman:

(Sura II, v. 223) "Your wives are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth (have sexual relations with your wives in any manner), when or how you will, ". (Musnad Ahmad)

Muhammad allowed so sodomy of women.

Speaking of "Virtues" of Arab women, include the following traditions.

(JABIR) The "Messenger of Allah" forbade men to return home to their wives at night; the believers should not think of infidelity of their women or try to find out the misdeeds. (Sahih Muslim) and many other sources.

(SHU'ABI) The “Messenger of Allah” said: After an absence of more or less prolonged, do not knock on the doors of wives coming night. (Bukhari, no. 5244).

(Ibn Ibrahim TAIMY) Ibn Rawaha was in a military expedition (for a few days), ordered by the Prophet. Returning at night, he saw the light in the house. Being suspicious, he jumped the fence and entered. He found his wife on the bed under a man with unkempt hair in a state of sexual excitement! He thought to stick him with the sword, but took pity on him (sic!). He told his wife: Who was he? She said: My sister! When the Prophet heard this matter, he forbade men to return to their wives at night. Some time later, two men disobeyed the Prophet, each one of them found a man with his own wife. When the news came to the Prophet, he said: Had not I forbidden returning home to the women by the night? (The compilation of the tradition of Abdul RAZ'ZAQ).

Three whores, two unknown men, in addition to IBN-Rawaha. Who knows how many other?

Waqidi had also confirmed the following tradition.

(Um-IMARAH) I had heard the "Messenger of Allah," saying during the return of the campaign against the Jews of Wadi Qura: Do not knock on the doors of women after the hour of evening prayer. A man went quickly to his wife, and found what he hated (i.e., the wife between the arms of another man). He did nothing, and never left his wife. He loved his wife and had several children from her. He disobeyed the "Messenger of Allah", and then he saw what he hated. (The Beginning and the End, of Ibn Kathir).

This Mohammedan order leaves the door to married women to have sex in the absence of their husbands, and not allowing men to surprise them.

These are the laws of Muhammad and the Islamic religion.

Nobody can prove infidelity of women in Islam. The reason is the text of the Koran, Sura XXIV, which requires certification of four eyewitnesses to the foul deed. The Sura was "revealed" to free Aisha, the darling of Muhammad, when she was accused of treason.

(Abu Huraira) Sa'ad ibn 'UBADA said: Oh “Messenger of Allah”, if I find a man with my wife, I have to leave them to find four witnesses? The man will be able to do anything he wants! (That is, finish intercourse with his wife) ... I wonder what that Allah says to you! The Prophet replied: Yes, He wants nothing more than this! (Ibn-ASAKER, vol. 43, p. 261) - (Musnad Ahmed) - (History of Medina).

Nobody can use a modern means of proof, such as registration or hidden cameras, even the test of the DNA, because the Koran requires the presence of four witnesses to treason, no more, no less!

The saga of Arabic women continued after Muhammad.

(SA'IB Ibn Jubayr, the slave of Ibn Abbas) I still remember the story of Omar, when he went out into the night to walk in Medina. He heared an Arab woman locked in the house, reciting a poem:

I suffer from insomnia in the long starry night without companion couch,

Play with, like a moon illuminates the night his eyebrow,

Does enjoy when you're next, lovable, relatives did not demeanor,

I swear by Allah, I could completely destroy this throne,

But I fear that the observer is always watching without batting an eyelash.

The Caliph asked his daughter Hafsa: How long can a woman wait the absence of her husband? She replied: Four months. Then Omar said to his commanders: Do not detain any of the enrolled persons in the armies for a longer period. (Exegesis of the Kor'an, Ibn-Kathir)

(Abu-BURDA) Walking in the night in the streets of Medina, the second Caliph Omar ibn Khattab overheard a woman saying murmur: If I have a bit of wine to get drunk, or if there was a way to be in bed with NASR ibn Hajjaj? The next morning, the caliph searched that man. NASR. He found him a nice man with nice hair. Omar ordered him to cut the tuft of hair. With the discovery of his front, NASR seemed even more beautiful. Then Omar ordered him to wear a head covering. He did it, but it looked even better. Omar swore: You and I will not have to be in the same place. He exiled him in Basra. (The Major Classes, Ibn Sa'ad vol. 3, p. 216).

We find the same story in a primary work Shiite, with one addition: Omar did the same with the cousin of the same man, NASR. (Book of Salim ibn QAIS, p. 230).

The story also illustrates the injustice of Omar ibn al-Khattab.

The shaved head of the person in question increased his beauty and doubled the desire of women to Medina against him. Omar exiled him away from Medina without having committed any fault, and there is no justification for such action in the laws of Islam.

Getting back to the subject of the verse of stoning.

(Omar, the second Caliph) ... Allah revealed the Verse of the stoning, and we did recite this Verse and understood and memorized it. “Allah's Messenger” did carry out the punishment of stoning and so did we after him. (Bukhari vol. 8, no. 817).

There is no trace of the verse that calls for the stoning of the adulterer and the adulteress in the Koran.

It is clearly in contradiction with:

(Sura LXXXV, v. 21-22) "This is a Glorious Kor'an, (Inscribed) in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (The Preserved Tablet)".

(SUYOUTI) Omar presented to ZAID Ibn Thabit (the Compilar of the Koran) the verse of stoning, but the latter did not record it in the Kor'an, because Omar was the unique person who had this verse. (Itqan, namely Perfection, in the science of the Kor'an, vol. 1, p. 197).

We must ask ourselves here, how can Muslim jurists apply the death penalty by stoning and adulterer / adulteress or without the support of a verse of the Koran?

But why the verse of stoning was not written in the Koran?

Perhaps, it was known to Mohammed that the Arab ladies were whores.

Briefly for repeating a tradition Mohammedan,

(Ibn-ABBAS) A man came to the Prophet and said: My wife does not reject a hand that touches her! Muhammad suggested: Send her away. The man replied: I cannot stand her lack! Then the Prophet said: Then enjoy her !!! (Sunan Abu-Dawoud, and many other texts of Mohammedan traditions).

Not only the Caliph Omar declared the existence of the verse of stoning.

For the most:

(Aisha) The verse of stoning in cases of adultery, and that breastfeeding of adult stranger (Sic! I will deal this matter in separate essay) ten feedings by the woman, were revealed and written on a sheet placed under my bed in my house! When the "Messenger of Allah” felt ill during the disease of his death, we were very taken with the tasks, and then a pet (goat) entered and ate the sheet. (Sunan Ibn-Majah), also (Musnad Ahmed).

Aisha, the child bride of the Prophet, recognized the verse of stoning.

If Muslims were saying, according to Islamic law, that the testimony of a woman, Aisha, is worth half that of a man; ignoring the words of Mohammed: Learn half your religion from this small red woman; we can remember them the traditions handed down by others:

(ZERR) Ubay Ibn Ka'b (N.B. one of the authors of the Koran) said to me: The Sura XXXIII, which now consists of seventy-three verses; was as long as the Sura II (285 verses), included the verse of stoning! (Kanz al-UMMAL, i.e. the Treasury of Governors, vol. 2, p. 567). See also (Musnad Ahmad, v. 5, p. 132).

(Ikrama) Sura XXXIII was longer than Sura II, included the verse of stoning! (Al-DURR Manthur, exegesis of the Koran).

So the verse of stoning was not recorded in the Koran despite the multitude of witnesses of the authenticity of the verse.

Why not?

Maybe we identify here's why:

(Ibn-ASLAM) The Caliph Omar said to the people: Stoning is right, I thought I would write the related verse in the Kor'an, and when I asked the opinion of Ubay ibn Ka'b, he replied me saying

“You were there when I learned this verse from the "Messenger of Allah", and you pushed me in the chest, and said to me: What? The verse of stoning? You know that the people copulate around as the donkeys do? (Itqan, namely Perfection, in the science of the Koran).

It seems that lust was common in the time of Islam, all people, or at least most of them, were like animals, as Omar said.

Had he to kill them all?

We also have some stories:

(Abu-MOUSA) A woman of Yemen was presented to the Caliph Omar, while the people shouted: she fornicated, she fornicated ..! For her defense, she said: I was asleep, I woke up with a man-like throwing a kind of meteor inside my vagina! Omar freed her and she was gratified with money. (Tabarani). See. (Sunan al-Bayhaqi) and (Kanz al-UMMAL, i.e. the Treasury of Governors).

Then, The Caliph Omar prevented the stoning of an adulterous woman …

Why ?

Muslims believe in JINN … the supernatural creatures in Islamic mythology as well as pre-Islamic Arabian mythology.

Any Muslim woman can say the same if she is found pregnant without marriage!

I can say much more .. but I think it is enough!

Sorry for my poor english.
